Terms of use
These terms apply to the Then We app and the public thenwe.app website.
For TestFlight and App Store downloads, Apple’s terms also apply.
The product
Then We is a local-first family memory archive. The offline archive is free forever and contains no advertising. Optional cloud services or other additional capabilities may be offered separately in the future.
Optional account
You may create an account as a foundation for future cloud features. An account is not required for the local archive and does not enable synchronization by itself. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. You may delete the account from Profile after re-authentication; this does not delete local memories or backups.
Your responsibility
You control the content stored on your device and must have the right to save or share it. Keep a manual backup: deleting the app, losing the device, or storage failure may remove local data.
Beta information
The website may link to a TestFlight beta while the App Store release is being prepared. Screens, timing, store availability, and optional future features may change. Joining the beta does not create an account, order, or mailing-list subscription on our website.
Intellectual property
The Then We and Было names, visual identity, interface, copy, and demonstration materials belong to their respective rights holder and may not be republished as another product.
Availability
The app and website are provided as available. We work to keep them useful and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery of local data that was not backed up.
