Consent to personal data processing
This consent applies only to the optional Then We account. The Russian text is authoritative; this page is an informational English translation.
Refusing consent prevents account creation but does not restrict the local offline archive.
Controller and purpose
I consent to Gleb Buiankin, an individual, privacy@thenwe.app — the personal data controller — processing my personal data to create, operate, protect, recover, and delete my Then We account.
Data
The processed data includes my email address; the name I provide; password hash; technical account identifier; email verification, sign-in, active session, and access recovery information; interface language; IP address and browser or device technical information required for security; and the version, hash, date, time, and source of this consent.
Processing
The controller may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, provide access to processors acting on the controller’s instructions, block, delete, and destroy the data using automated processing.
Processors and transfers
Account data may be processed by Timeweb Cloud LLC to host servers, databases, and backups in Russia, and by Registrar of Domain Names REG.RU LLC to deliver system email. The data is not made public, sold, or used for promotional mailing. Account data is not transferred across borders.
Term and withdrawal
This consent remains valid until I delete my account or withdraw the consent. I can withdraw it by deleting the account in the app or emailing privacy@thenwe.app. The account cannot operate after withdrawal. Data is deleted from active systems within 30 days and from backups during the next 14-day rotation. The minimum evidence required to prove receipt of this consent is retained for three years after account deletion and is then destroyed.
Outside this consent
Memories, photos, audio recordings, children’s information, and local backups are outside this consent and are not transferred when the account is created. Connecting family cloud storage will require a separate action and updated legal terms.
If I decline
If I do not consent, the account will not be created. The local archive remains available without an account.
